Monthly Cooking Classes
We offer monthly, hands on, cooking classes, presented by our multi award winning Director of Culinary, Chef Justin Ward. Chef Ward has 12 years of teaching at both the International Culinary School and the Culinary Institute of America, as well s extensive hospitality experience both here and abroad. These classes are fully hands on, fun and stimulating to all of the senses as Chef Ward provides invaluable technique, tricks of the trade and recipe guidance. We welcome home gourmets, culinary hobbyists, culinary students, seasoned professionals, up and coming chefs and everyone else who just wants to have a great culinary experience.
Test Kitchen Rental
This fantastic resource allows for “soon to open” restaurants the use of a fully outfitted and completely operational kitchen facility to test menu items and recipes before, or while, they’re building their own food service operation. Kitchen space rentals are available by the hour, day or week!
Facility Lease Rental
Our ‘Food Truck Commissary Kitchen’ offers food truck owners an affordable and convenient commissary kitchen for the preparation of their products as well as the regulated sanitation upkeep of their vehicles.
